Job Summary
Lead territory revenue and customer support by executing brand objectives through rigorous account planning and commercial team collaboration. Promote rare disease products and implement programs in accordance with company and industry guidelines while maintaining expert knowledge of all policies, including interactions with Healthcare Professionals and compliance standards. Build relationships with key HCPs, physician practices, and major cancer centers across live, virtual, and academic settings to achieve short and long-term sales objectives. Strategically identify and enact ways to prioritize patients and customers, demonstrating behaviors that enable faster medicine delivery. Complete ongoing training in product knowledge, selling skills, and digital platforms, while participating in field coaching sessions to ensure revenue targets are met. Collaborate with field and HQ colleagues to support local key opinion leaders and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience
- 5+ years proven Rare Disease sales experience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry with demonstration of successful results
- Neurology experience– pediatric and adult experience
- Oncology experience
- Experience selling in a competitive market
- Experience in Rare Disease sales
- Experience with virtual selling and track record of embracing technology
- Valid and active driver's license
- Position may require domestic travel up to 50% of time
- Candidate must live within the identified territory
