Job Summary
Territory Account Representative responsible for supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory. Key duties include developing and qualifying new business leads through outbound calls, on-site visits, email outreach, and local networking; supporting the preparation and presentation of branding proposals, program offerings, and pricing packages; coordinating cross-functional onboarding (marketing, legal, credit) to enable contract/program implementation; assisting in the delivery of marketing, advertising, and image programs through customer training and progress tracking; conducting regular check-ins with accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction; staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity; maintaining territory-level SWOT analysis documentation; and maintaining accurate CRM-based activity records. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in a customer-facing role, with travel willingness and CRM proficiency; strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are sought after.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account coordination, or business development
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed (approximately 30–50%)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
