Job Summary
Conduct monthly and annual blood donation collection activities within your assigned territory by contacting coordinators at schools, community centers, and local businesses. Plan and execute effective blood drives with internal and external partners while building strong customer relationships to maintain and expand existing accounts. Drive new account creation through marketing programs and educate the community to uncover new business possibilities and market segments. Implement collections strategies, generate insightful reports, and adjust resource allocation to meet efficiency goals and optimize NYBCe's presence through community events and memberships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, customer service, or a related field
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs when needed
