Job Summary

Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding the customer base in Pump, Power & HVAC equipment rental across a defined geographic area. Responsibilities include territory management and full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth to contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads; utilize CRM systems; pursue new business development and account development by building relationships with contractors and construction principals; educate them on how EquipmentShare can save money, increase efficiency, and improve operations. Maintain and nurture existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and inform them of new ways to improve their business with jobsite solutions. Deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing customers; develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience. Manage and support job site activities with remote and on-site involvement; assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site. Requires tenacious, outside sales experience with a proven track record, knowledge of Pump, Power & HVAC equipment/industry (B2B sales preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Relocation assistance is provided; benefits include company truck or vehicle allowance, cell phone stipend, and comprehensive benefits.
