Job Summary
Service dispensing systems to laundry and warewashing equipment, performing routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and installing or fixing systems to ensure customer compliance with health guidelines. Inherit established accounts in long-term care, restaurant, and hospitality industries to drive retention, upsell additional products, and identify cross-selling opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, provide product demonstrations, train customers on safe equipment use, and maintain inventory to ensure consistent product availability. Plan an independent schedule to meet customer demands, including occasional on-call weekend rotations for emergency services. Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the territory, hold a valid driver's license, and possess mechanical aptitude for plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
