Job Summary
Territory Account Manager role in Wales focused on managing and growing the customer base for Cat Compact Equipment, developing and executing an annual business plan for equipment, warranties, and CVA within the territory, and coordinating with Cat Finance TAM to maximize revenue. Responsibilities include territory coverage, sales planning for key sectors, leveraging marketing campaigns and finance options to provide cost-effective solutions, coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, managing opportunities across the business, maintaining awareness of competitors, and applying strong presentation, financial literacy, and local marketing/principles to territory planning. Requires relevant field sales experience, financial literacy, influencing and persuasive abilities, teamwork, organizational awareness, and a results-oriented mindset.
