Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding EquipmentShare's presence in the Boston metro area from the Framingham facility. Lead full sales lifecycle: market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and customer retention; respond to inbound leads; develop new business and account development with contractors and construction principals; educate customers on how EquipmentShare reduces costs and increases efficiency; maintain 100% customer satisfaction; conduct sales presentations; support job sites with on-site participation as needed; relocate with discretionary assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Tenacious and innovative
- Experience with B2B sales in construction equipment rental or related industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
