Job Summary
Territory Account Manager to expand EquipmentShare’s customer base in construction equipment rental. Responsibilities include territory management and full sales strategy execution from market analysis and forecasting to pipeline management, contract negotiation, and customer retention. Quick response to inbound leads, CRM utilization, new business development and account development, educating contractors and principals on how EquipmentShare solutions save time and money, and maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Role involves on-site and remote support, proactive communications, developing new sales strategies, and supporting jobsite activities and equipment services. Desired skills include outside sales experience with a proven track record in B2B, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, adaptability to a fast-paced tech-enabled environment, and the ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
