Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding the customer base among contractors and construction company principals, leading full sales strategy across a geographical territory, managing pipeline and revenue growth, negotiating contracts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Role includes inbound/outbound sales, CRM usage, new business development, and on-site involvement with customers and job sites; supports equipment rental, sales, and service when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Tenacious and innovative outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction)
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
