Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding EquipmentShare's contractor and construction company client base within the Bay City, TX region. Drives full sales lifecycle from market analysis, sales forecasting, and pipeline management to contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly responds to inbound leads, develops new business, and educates clients on how EquipmentShare solutions save money and increase efficiency. Maintains and nurtures customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction, conducts sales presentations, develops new sales strategies to grow market share, and supports job-site activities with remote and on-site involvement. May assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site; leverages CRM and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Outside sales experience with a proven track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction)
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to fast-paced growth
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented
- Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
