Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding EquipmentShare's customer base within a defined geography by building relationships with contractors and construction principals. Drive the full sales process from market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management to contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond quickly to inbound leads, conduct CRM-driven activities, pursue new business development, and nurture existing relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Educate customers on how EquipmentShare solutions save money, increase revenue, and improve site efficiency; perform on-site and remote support, sales presentations, and ongoing account management. Leverage industry knowledge and a proactive, results-oriented approach to grow market share and enhance the customer experience. Required Qualifications
- Tenacious and innovative outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience or willingness to be trained
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company
- Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented demeanor
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
