Job Summary
Territory Account Manager needed to expand EquipmentShare’s customer base in construction equipment rentals. Responsible for territory management, end-to-end sales strategy, market analysis, pipeline management and revenue growth through contract negotiation and customer retention. Role includes responding to inbound leads, cultivating relationships with contractors and principals, educating customers on how EquipmentShare solutions save time and money, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and conducting sales presentations. Also supports on-site and remote job-site activities, assists with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed, and contributes to new sales strategies to increase market share. Requires strong outside sales experience, CRM proficiency, ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred
