Job Summary
Territory Account Manager role focusing on expanding EquipmentShare’s construction equipment rental business in a defined geographic area. Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals, lead market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth. Quickly respond to inbound leads, develop new business, and nurture existing customers to ensure high satisfaction. Conduct sales presentations, educate customers on how EquipmentShare’s solutions save time and money, and manage both remote and on-site jobsite activities. Assist with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed, and leverage CRM to manage relationships and opportunities. The role emphasizes aggressive growth in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment with uncapped commission and a base salary, relocation assistance, and full benefits.
