Job Summary

Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding EquipmentShare’s contractor and construction company principal relationships within a defined geographic area. Lead full sales strategy from market analysis and pipeline management to contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads, develop new business and account growth, educate clients on how EquipmentShare solutions save time and money, and maintain 100 percent customer satisfaction through proactive service. Manage on-site and remote collaboration for job-site activities, support equipment rental and service on-site when needed, and demonstrate heavy equipment and rental knowledge to drive revenue growth. Proficient in CRM, with a focus on strategic account management, market share expansion, and delivering measurable value to customers. Responsibilities include field sales presentations, product knowledge development, and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Outside sales experience with a proven track record
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment
