Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding EquipmentShare’s contractor/customer base in Bridgeport, WV by leading full sales strategy from market analysis to contract negotiation and revenue growth. Role includes responding to inbound leads, new business development, and account development to educate customers on how EquipmentShare’s solutions save money and improve operations. Maintain and nurture relationships to ensure high levels of service, provide on-site and remote support for job-site activities, deliver sales presentations, and contribute to market share growth with a focus on equipment rental offerings and comprehensive jobsite solutions. Key activities include pipeline management, CRM usage, and ongoing customer education to drive adoption and retention. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on outside sales and relationship-building.
Required Qualifications
- Tenacious and innovative sales professional with proven outside sales experience
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to fast-paced growth and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with team orientation
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Willingness to lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Experience with CRM systems and full sales lifecycle
