Job Summary

Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding our customer base by managing a geographical territory, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis and pipeline management to contract negotiation and customer retention. Quickly respond to inbound leads, develop new business with contractors and construction principals, and educate them on how EquipmentShare solutions save money, increase revenue, and improve site efficiency. Maintain strong relationships for 100% customer satisfaction, handle on-site and remote activity across job sites, and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed. Requires outside sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage strategic/national accounts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Tenacious and innovative outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to fast pace of a growing company
  • Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, team-oriented
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
