Job Summary
Territory Account Manager to expand EquipmentShare’s customer base in a Knoxville, TN territory. Lead end-to-end sales strategy from market analysis, forecasting, pipeline growth, and contract negotiations to ensure customer retention. Responsibilities include responding to inbound leads, new business development, educating contractors and principals on cost-saving and efficiency benefits of EquipmentShare solutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction, delivering sales presentations, developing new market strategies, and supporting on-site and remote job-site activities. Required skills include a proven outside sales track record in B2B, strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage strategic accounts; heavy construction equipment knowledge is preferred. Perks include a base salary with uncapped commission, relocation assistance, benefits, 401(k), and more. Employment is full-time with physical requirements up to 50 pounds and on-site/in-field responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
