Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for expanding EquipmentShare's customer base among contractors and construction company principals within the Tooling Solutions rental space. Drive revenue by signing contracts or MSAs, renting directly to facilities, and collaborating with local industrial reps. Qualify and respond to RFQs, nurture relationships to ensure high satisfaction, and develop new sales strategies to gain market share. Must be able to travel within the assigned territory to visit job sites and support on-site activities, assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed. Strong knowledge of industrial tooling, rentals, and contract processes, along with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in Industrial facilities
- Industrial contract knowledge
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Knowledge in general rental, pump and power and industrial tooling
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced growth and continuous learning
- Team-oriented mindset and competitive drive
