Job Summary
Territory Account Manager for EquipmentShare overseeing a defined Tuscaloosa, AL region. Drive full sales cycle from market analysis and forecasting to pipeline management, contract negotiation, and revenue growth; respond quickly to inbound leads and leverage CRM; develop new business and expand relationships with contractors and construction company principals; maintain 100% customer satisfaction through proactive service and on-site support; educate customers on how EquipmentShare solutions save money and improve efficiency; build and nurture relationships while managing on-site and remote project activities; contribute to market share growth and customer experience through innovative sales strategies and coordinated team efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience
- Proven sales track record in outside sales (B2B)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience with heavy construction equipment or rental industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growth environment
- Team-oriented, competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
