Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction across a defined San Francisco Bay Area territory by promoting a broad portfolio of life science products and solutions (consumables and lead generation for instrumentation). Acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in academia, biotech, pharma, and research organizations; leads cross-product line lead generation and consumables ownership; delivers strategic account growth, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with product specialists, application scientists, customer service, and distributors. Requires Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years in Life Sciences/B2B sales, strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills, proficiency with CRM/SFDC and data analysis, and willingness to travel locally. The role offers a remotely eligible work arrangement and a base salary range of $100,000–$115,000, with a total target compensation range (base + SIC) of $189,650–$204,650 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in Life Sciences and/or Academic/Government B2B sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Funnel Management, Forecast Accuracy, Data Analysis, and CRM/SFDC
- Ability to travel within defined territory (San Francisco Bay Area); in-field engagement ~4 days/week
