Job Summary
Territory Account Manager responsible for growing key strategic accounts across the assigned territory, engaging EPC partners, utilities, engineers, and project decision-makers; lead business development across power generation, transmission & distribution, renewables, substations, HVDC, and emerging energy segments (solar, wind, and battery storage); maintain a healthy, active pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue goals; conduct technical presentations and support a consultative, value-based selling process; leverage CRM to document activity, manage opportunities, and produce accurate forecasts and customer follow-through; monitor market dynamics to identify new projects, competitive shifts, and territory expansion opportunities; partner with engineering, inside sales, and support teams to develop and deliver customer-specific solutions; travel up to 60% within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B technical or project sales experience
- Proven experience selling into EPCs, utilities, industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory
