Job Summary

Territory Account Executive (Partner Channel) for Wagepoint in Canada, focused on growing the partner program across a Canadian territory. You will be a senior, field-based seller owning the full partner sales cycle—from sourcing and qualifying through to closing and activating accounting and bookkeeping firms, with a mandate to drive net-new partner agreements and accelerate sub-client growth in the first 12 months. The role is field-based with at least three days per week on the road in-territory, in-person partner meetings and regional events, plus two days for pipeline and enablement. You’ll be the in-market expert on Wagepoint and Canadian payroll, represent the product and partner program, maintain forecast accuracy in CRM, and collaborate with Marketing, Partner Management, Product, and Onboarding. Based out of Vancouver due to travel requirements; hybrid remote option. Key tasks include self-generating pipeline (3x coverage), end-to-end partner sales cycle management, activation of new partners, and contributing to territory demand generation and partner retention.

Required Qualifications

  • 3—5 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • field/territory-based sales experience
  • experience selling through a partner, channel, or referral-led model
  • proficiency with CRM/sales-engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
  • valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada
  • willingness to travel for events/partner visits
  • ability to own full sales cycle (discovery to close) and post-sale activation
