Job Summary

Territory Account Executive responsible for generating new customer relationships and growing existing ones within a defined geography or vertical. Drives quota attainment (typical $500K–$1M annually) and participates in business development to support customer growth. Leverages MEDDICC selling methodologies and Force Management concepts, works with pre-sales to develop proposals and SOWs, and uses CRM tools like Salesforce to forecast and manage accounts. Builds relationships with multiple decision-makers, including C-level executives, and collaborates with solutions architects and offerings teams to articulate the value proposition. Requires 2+ years of solution-based/outside sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a clean driving record, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of solution-based selling
  • Outside sales experience with direct end-user accounts
  • 2+ years proven success in selling technology or related projects in a territory-based assignment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience is required
  • Clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle or reliable transportation
  • Understanding of key technology offerings
  • Demonstrated resiliency and personal drive to succeed
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
  • MEDDICC selling methodology
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build a personal brand within the territory
