Territory Account Executive

Job Summary
Territory Account Executive responsible for servicing existing clients and generating new relationships within a defined geography/vertical. Drive annual quota ($500K–$1M), participate in business development activities, leverage MEDDICC and Force Management selling methodologies, research accounts, engage multiple decision makers including C-suite, and collaborate with partners and pre-sales to develop proposals and win solutions. Build personal brand in the territory, maintain CRM-driven activity, and conduct cold outreach to grow the business; travel may be required to cover assigned territory. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of solution-based and outside sales experience in technology are required; strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of solution-based selling in products and/or services
- Outside sales experience with direct end-user accounts
- 2+ years proven success in selling technology or related projects in a territory-based assignment
- Understanding of key technology solutions
- Working knowledge of core selling models and tools (e.g., Salesforce, MEDDICC, Force Management training)
- Demonstrated experience in a “Sales Hunter” role with quota/growth targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience
- Understanding of key technology offerings
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle or reliable transportation
