Job Summary
Territory Account Director, Hospitals in Portland, OR. Responsible for growing and managing relationships with hospitals and major health systems, identifying strategic opportunities, designing engagement strategies for referral partners, leading meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and coordinating the referral-to-admission process. Collaborates with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to support GTM goals; requires travel within the local area and comfort with remote collaboration. Remote capacity for certain activities is indicated; role is hybrid with in-person duties in Portland, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in Portland, OR
- 3+ years experience selling into healthcare with a track record of success
- Experience pitching and working with hospitals and/or larger health systems
- Work authorized in the United States
- Native-equivalent proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Ability to travel locally (within ~2 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment with a collaborative mindset
- Comfort with video conferencing, scheduling, and CRM technologies
- Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools preferred
- Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel
