Job Summary
Territory Manager, Biopharma role focusing on selling Getinge pharmaceutical equipment and service contracts through collaboration with sales specialists. Key responsibilities include meeting sales objectives, developing account penetration strategies, planning territory forecasts, coordinating with service and project management teams, utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce), delivering professional customer communications, participating in training and regional trade shows, and maintaining compliance with Getinge’s SOPs and Code of Conduct. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in pharma, with travel 2-3 days per week within TX and surrounding states; base salary around $95k with incentive targeting total compensation around $209.6k; company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with preferred experience selling capital equipment to end users
- Experience in selling using a prescriptive methodology preferred
- Must travel as required to customer sites (2-3 days per week)
- Must reside within the assigned territory
- Must be able to operate an automobile (valid driver's license)
