Job Summary
Conduct daily stock processes including inventory receipt, product placement, and customer pick-up while maintaining store facility standards. Collaborate with leadership on shipment flow, restocking, and back-of-house organization to ensure inventory integrity and operational efficiency. Execute visual priorities and product drop shipments using store systems and MPOS applications to support store profitability. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Terrain brand fan
- Basic knowledge of horticulture
- Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs and push 100lbs on a daily basis
- Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
