Job Summary
Drive sales by naturally engaging customers on home décor and gardening interests while upholding Terrain's four promises: welcome, inspire, inform, and appreciate. Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and trends to inform customers, then deliver seamless shopping experiences using store systems. Uphold visual and operational standards by assisting with receiving new product and maintaining inspirational displays. Support the team in daily meetings and collaborative goals while adhering to safety standards and inventory accuracy policies. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Terrain brand fan
- Experience in customer service
- Horticulture understanding
- Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of home décor trends & gardening
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
