Job Summary
Drive sales by engaging customers on home décor and gardening interests while upholding terrain's promises to welcome, inspire, inform, and appreciate them. Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and trends to inform and inspire indoor and outdoor spaces, delivering a seamless experience through efficient system utilization. Uphold visual and operational standards by assisting with receiving and placing new products, supporting curbside and local delivery, and maintaining inventory accuracy and safety protocols. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in customer service
- Horticulture understanding
- Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of home décor trends & gardening
