Job Summary
Drive sales by engaging customers on home décor and gardening interests while promoting terrain's unique events. Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and trends to inspire indoor and outdoor spaces, delivering a seamless shopping experience through efficient system utilization. Uphold visual and operational standards by assisting with receiving and placing new product, managing curbside and local delivery, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Adhere to safety standards and company policies to support store profitability. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions as a Terrain brand fan.
Required Qualifications
- Terrain brand fan
- Experience in customer service
- Horticulture understanding
- Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
