Job Summary
Build and maintain terrain park features from start to finish, performing daily upkeep with shovels and tools to ensure safe and smooth park flow. Ride or ski daily to test features and verify the park meets the highest standards, while promoting safety through guest education on Park Etiquette & Education. Stay on top of resort and Boyne USA policies to maintain a safe work environment, contributing ideas and helping wherever needed to keep the team stoked. Work on your feet for at least 8 hours in all weather conditions, lifting up to 35 pounds. Join Big Sky Resort's Terrain Park Crew to help create features that keep guests returning.
Required Qualifications
- Must be an intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder with the ability to test features
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to learn, follow direction, and get your hands dirty with physical labor
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to work on your feet at least 8 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience building terrain park or bike park features is a plus
