Job Summary
Collaborate with leadership to cultivate Terrain's four promises: welcome, inspire, inform, and appreciate customers. Share décor product knowledge, new arrivals, and trends to inform customers on indoor and outdoor spaces. Utilize technology for seamless omni-channel shopping experiences. Actively manage the store environment by facilitating an energized pace, positivity, and daily zone management. Support new hire onboarding and cross-training across multiple departments. Execute daily operating procedures including opening/closing, restocking, and facilities support. Collaborate on shipment fulfillment, visual standards, markdowns, and monthly concept updates. Uphold safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies. Engage with employees to encourage open dialogue and reinforce follow-through. Provide customer and employee experience insights to the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Terrain brand fan
- 1+ years leadership experience
- Knowledge of home décor trends and gardening
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
