Job Summary
Collaborate with store leadership to cultivate Terrain's four promises by sharing décor product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inspire customer indoor and outdoor spaces. Actively manage the store environment and daily zones while facilitating an energized team pace, supporting new hire onboarding, and cross-training across multiple departments. Execute omni channel shopping experiences through technology, maintain visual standards, restock products, and assist with facilities or IT issues. Uphold safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, and communicate insights regarding customer and employee experiences to the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Terrain brand fan
- 1+ years leadership experience
- Knowledge of home décor trends and gardening
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
