Job Summary
Collaborate with the Visual Manager to design, build, and install seasonal visual and structural displays indoors and outdoors. Engage customers through sales floor display work, workshops, and events while cultivating Terrain's four promises. Mentor the team on visual expectations, operational standards, and tool management; contribute store meeting inspiration and share brand visual information. Execute and maintain plant life for interior and exterior displays, prioritizing cleanliness and organization. Drive sales and profitability through product-focused designs, ensuring merchandise is properly handled and accounted for. Requires artistic background with horticulture, woodworking, and container planting experience; ability to create two- and three-dimensional work using power tools. Must consistently work early morning weekday shifts.
