Job Summary
Lead a team of Artisans to exceed customer expectations by building genuine relationships through personalized attention and prompt communication. Drive staff knowledge by sharing design trends and guide customer choices to reflect their unique style. Actively plan and host workshops and special events to drive engagement and participation. Deliver a seamless shopping experience by utilizing systems for efficient interactions. Lead daily meetings and set productivity pace to ensure the team achieves design goals and deadlines. Operate as an expert resource for problem-solving and reprioritization. Collaborate with nursery and operations teams to ensure proper care and restocking of plant displays while maintaining back-of-house cleanliness. Adhere to safety standards and inventory accuracy to support store profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in horticultural and floral design
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns
- Art and design background
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
