Terrain Design Services Artisan

Create floral and container design projects in-store, off-site, and in private residential settings while collaborating with the Design Manager. Build genuine, long-lasting relationships by guiding customer choices to reflect their unique personal style and translating home and garden trends into brand-appropriate designs. Execute projects with high-level craft, maintain back-of-house organization, and adhere to safety standards and inventory accuracy. Communicate daily with leadership on client consultations and project updates, actively participate in meetings, and manage client design files. Work flexible hours to meet retail and off-site design needs, including outside conditions in all weather.
