Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages accurately while memorizing table and seat numbers to aid efficient service. Clear and reset tables within three minutes of guest departure and assist with packaging takeout orders. Maintain awareness of the dining room, proactively assist guests, and ensure safe walkways by monitoring trash and recycling. Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining rooms clean and organized by polishing silverware, restocking glassware, and ensuring safe, clear paths for staff. Communicate guest concerns clearly to team leads and assist FOH staff during high-volume periods. Help with opening and closing duties, including setting and resetting the dining room.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physically able to bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs
- Physically able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
