Deliver food and beverages accurately, assist with guest needs, and clear tables within three minutes of departure. Maintain dining room cleanliness by polishing silverware, restocking glassware, and ensuring safe walkways. Memorize table numbers, learn menu details and allergen protocols, and communicate guest concerns to team leads. Assist FOH staff during high-volume periods and support opening and closing duties.
