Job Summary
Exceed customer expectations by building genuine relationships through personalized attention and sharing product knowledge to guide unique style choices. Collaborate with design leadership to create compelling merchandise displays and installations while maintaining cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas. Actively promote Terrain's events to drive engagement and ensure proper care and restocking of plant displays by partnering with nursery and operations teams. Demonstrate adaptability to redirect display priorities as needed and uphold safety standards, inventory accuracy, and all company policies to support store profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in horticultural and floral design
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns
- Art and design background
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
