Job Summary
Create compelling floral designs in-store and off-site by building genuine relationships through personalized attention and sharing product knowledge to inspire customer choices. Collaborate with design leadership and operations teams to execute merchandise displays, ensure proper plant care and restocking, and maintain back-of-house cleanliness. Lead specialty areas to provide elevated knowledge to customers and associates while adhering to safety standards and inventory accuracy policies. This role supports Terrain's four promises of welcoming, inspiring, informing, and appreciating customers through seamless shopping experiences and collaborative problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in horticultural and floral design
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns
- Art and design background
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
