Job Summary
PM line cook at Terra Mae in Cascada Thermal Springs and Spa (Portland, OR) responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items to high standards, plating dishes with attention to detail, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced kitchen. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service, adapt to multiple stations as needed, and contribute to the restaurant's fusion menu combining Portuguese and Japanese influences. Must understand and apply recipes and specifications, communicate effectively during peak hours, and obtain or hold a Food Handlers card. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have or be willing to acquire Food Handlers card
- Previous line cook experience preferred, ideally in an upscale dining environment
