Termite/Wildlife Specialist

Job Summary
The Termite/Wildlife Specialist role involves maintaining service schedules, inspecting and troubleshooting pest control systems, drilling for Sentricon stations, and conducting treatments for pests including termites and bed bugs. Candidates must have strong communication skills, physical stamina for lifting and climbing, and the ability to complete ongoing training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, alongside successful completion of a rigorous training program. This position demands reliability, adherence to safety practices, and timely communication with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license
- Must be 18 years of age
- Pass a seven-year criminal background check
- Pass company drug screen and/or substance abuse testing
- Pass three-year motor vehicle report
- Complete a minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training)
- Earn minimum of two CEU’s annually
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Safety-sensitive position
