Job Summary
Conduct residential and commercial termite protection, pest prevention, landscape, and irrigation services to over 800,000 customers across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Oklahoma. Compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions to recommend customized service plans that best meet their needs. Provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork while maintaining a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Ensure total customer satisfaction through effective communication and adherence to Massey Services' core values of quality, professionalism, and environmental responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a Strong communicator
- Adept to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to provide accurate & timely completion of required paperwork
- Must be able to compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions and recommend a customized service plan that best meet their needs
- Must have a 'can do' attitude with strong work ethic
