Job Summary
Termite Technician responsible for inspecting properties, identifying termite problems, applying anti-termite treatments, ensuring safety procedures and label instructions are followed, communicating treatment details and potential structural modifications to customers, documenting services, and operating/maintaining service vehicles and equipment. Requires comfort with climbing ladders, working in crawl spaces, and wearing PPE; must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; willingness to work varying hours and to comply with regulations. Knowledge of termite behaviors and ability to discuss treatment options with customers are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- 1 year of customer service experience (termite control experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal/state/local regulations
- Basic math skills
