Termite Technician

Job Summary
Identify customer termite problems and apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to company guidelines and label instructions. Verify job specifications for each work order, complete production forms documenting services, and communicate critical conditions or supplemental structural modifications to clients. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment while preparing job sites, entering structures, and working in confined spaces. Tolerate seasonal weather, damp locations, and heights up to 20 feet on ladders, wearing OSHA-compliant PPE including respirators. Requires valid driver's license, clean-shaven face, and flexibility for Monday through Saturday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Clean shaven face
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- At least 1 years of customer service experience
- Experience in termite control
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Flexibility with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
- Tolerance for a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations
- Ability to prepare the job site for treatment
- Ability to enter and exit structures and crawl spaces
- Ability to climb over and on top of structures
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders
- Comfort working 20 feet up on a ladder
- Comfort working in small confined spaces
- Ability to regularly sit, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Ability to regularly work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
