Job Summary
Conduct termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines by identifying customer problems and determining remedial steps based on termite behaviors. Communicate critical conditions conducive to activity to clients and discuss procedures or structural modifications. Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces, climbing over and on top of structures while ascending and descending stairs and ladders. Use application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and power hammer drills. Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles in a state of cleanliness and good working order. Tolerate seasonal weather, damp, and dusty locations. Maintain a valid driver's license and obtain required licenses/certificates. Flexible with Monday-Friday and Saturday hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- experience in termite control
- Strong attention to detail
- willingness to learn
- flexibility with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must posses valid driver's license from state of residence
