Job Summary
Maintain service schedules for assigned routes by calling customers prior to service delivery. Conduct home and property inspections to identify pest problems, remove unwanted pests, and install Sentricon systems and wildlife traps. Use augers to drill holes for stations and dig trenches for liquid applications, while performing moisture barriers in crawl spaces and heat treatments. Install pest traps, apply caulks to fill gaps, and communicate progress to customers and managers. Complete service paperwork, maintain vehicle and equipment, and participate in collections efforts. Work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, earning an annualized salary of $40,000 to $50,000. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and successful completion of initial training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training)
- Earning minimum of two CEU's annually
- Ability to use 32ft ladder
- Ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift a minimum of 50lbs or more
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to calculate basic math
- Working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Valid driver license at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a seven (7) year criminal background check
- Ability to pass company drug screen and/or substance abuse testing
- Ability to pass three (3) year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier
