Job Summary
Termite Specialist responsible for controlling insects and pests within a designated territory, performing home/property inspections, installing Sentricon systems, conducting moisture barriers, and applying liquid treatments. Role includes installing wildlife/pest traps, communicating with customers before/during/after service, coordinating with sales staff, maintaining service schedules, submitting service paperwork, and upholding safety and company policies. Requires physical tasks (lifting, climbing, ladders), adherence to safety-sensitive duties, and participation in ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver license and be 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a seven-year criminal background check
- Must be able to pass company drug screen
- Must be able to pass motor vehicle report
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to calculate basic math
- Completion of 30-day initial training with CEUs annually
