Job Summary
Prioritize tasks, oversee appointment scheduling, and manage service tickets to maintain smooth operations. Conduct daily check-ins with your team to ensure they are fully equipped and ready for field coverage. Provide coaching, training, and support while working alongside the Branch Manager to achieve monthly performance goals. Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with both team members and customers to deliver exceptional service. Work a 40+ hour week including weekends and holidays, utilizing a company car and operating internal software like PestPac and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to multitask
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
- Ability to work 40+ hours/week
- Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record
- Industry experience
