Job Summary
Deliver timely, safe, and effective termite service and home services for assigned customers, including conducting annual re-inspections to identify and document concerning conditions. Advise clients on completed work and recommended solutions, collaborate on follow-ups, and maintain safe, clean vehicle and equipment with sufficient product supplies. Manage proactive schedules and partner with management for scheduling interventions while conducting classroom and field training to develop apprentice technicians. Maintain valid licenses, driver's license, and required certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate
- Ability to present information in both internal and external settings
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to follow mixing instructions on product labels
- Maintains licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
